Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to the questions we’re most frequently asked about The Harvest. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please don’t hesitate to let us know by emailing us on info@theharvestireland.com.

1. How can I contact The Harvest?
If you have any questions about The Harvest Gathering, or in relation to your ticket, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email: info@theharvestireland.com

Thank you for bringing that up! We need everyone to read the Terms & Conditions and ‘agree’ before making their booking for The Harvest Gathering. Don’t worry, there are no ‘sneaky ones’. You’ll find it all when you click here.

We’re sorry but we can’t refund payments for The Harvest Gathering event. Cancellations made less than 28 days before the event’s start date will result in the event payment being forfeited. If you cancel 28 days – or more - before the event start date, we may be able to transfer your payment to another event listed on our website or to a future event of your choice - subject to availability. Only one transfer is permitted and it must be used within two years of the date you originally booked. In the case of a ‘no show’ for any booking, or if an individual leaves the event early – whatever the reason - the event payment will be forfeited.

Booking Confirmation emails typically arrive within 30 minutes, they may take longer depending on your email provider.  If you don’t receive your Booking Confirmation within a few hours, please check your spam folder, your trash or any junk/bulk email folders in your system. Sometimes email providers mistake legitimate emails for spam and act accordingly. If you can’t locate it, let us know by emailing info@theharvestireland.com. Be sure to include your booking confirmation number, contact number and details so we can send you out a replacement.

It is important that we have the following details fully correct when we receive your booking for TheHarvestIreland.com:

  • your name.
  • your email address.
  •  your debit / credit card billing address.
  • your phone number

Of course accidents happen so, if you realise you’ve mistyped any of these details, email the right information as quickly as possible to info@theharvestireland.com Be sure to include your booking confirmation number and to clearly explain the correction that needs to be made.

It is important to confirm your booking has gone through successfully. You can verify it has been received by checking that:

  • the page showing the message “Confirming Your Order” - or similar - is no longer displayed.
  • the page showing the message “Your booking reference number is…” - or similar - followed by a five-character code is displayed.
  • no error message is shown on the page.
We advise you to write down your booking reference number somewhere you’ll be able to find it easily, immediately after placing the order. You will also receive a Booking Confirmation email after about 30 minutes, although these can sometimes be delayed (see FAQ 4, above). If no booking confirmation number is displayed, or if an error message is displayed, your booking has been unsuccessful. If you encounter repeated problems or if you’re not confident your booking has been made, please don’t submit multiple orders as this could confuse things. The best thing to do is to email us at info@theharvestireland.com making sure to include your contact details and a description of the problem.

If the event or venue is forced to close due to circumstances beyond the control of The Harvest, please note the following:

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • The monetary value of your payment may be credited against another event listed on our website, or a future event of your choice, subject to availability. This transfer option is valid up to a period of 2 years from date of original booking.
