Group Sound Bath
In a Sound Bath, you bath in sound rather than water. The carefully chosen sounds vibrate through our bodies, relaxing and restoring our emotional and physical selves at a cellular level. You simply lie down on a mat and let yourself be guided safely into a grounded meditative state, while various sacred instruments are played. These include Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Synodic Gongs, Tingsha bells and sounds from the natural world.
