Mac and Tom Resident DJ's

DJs Mac & Tom (MacDaragh Stapleton and Tom Fitzpatrick) are well known on the Galway club/pub DJ scene. They first played together in ‘Gigantic’, a club they ran with Mac’s girlfriend Olive, in the DeBurgo Wine Vaults.

Mac has music in the family. His father ran gigs, bringing acts like the Pogues, Townes Van Zandt and The Frames to Roscrea. As a result, he tends more toward band driven sounds - "For me it's about being able to read the room and figure out what works to create a feel-good atmosphere". 

Tom tends more towards an electronic and hip hop feel in his set. He’s a veteran, having cut his teeth on everything from drinks promos to wedding parties before working the Galway pup/club scene. "There's nothing like the buzz from a packed dance floor, everyone moving to the beat, hands in the air, big smiling faces, so good".
